Chicking’s online delivery system is specially designed for customers who place orders through Chicking Mobile Applications or through the online system at Chicking restaurants. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order you unconditionally and fully accept all terms and conditions set out below.

Delivery Orders

It shall be the responsibility of the customer to ensure that delivery instructions are clear and concise. The acceptance of any order shall be at the entire discretion of Chicking, subject to the following:

  • The delivery address must be mapped to the nearest restaurant that delivers in the customer’s area.
  • Availability of Chicking products at the time of ordering.
  • In case the delivery locality is not listed in the restaurant map, delivery orders cannot be placed.

Chicking reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notification, to limit, change, modify or cancel any order, and/or to refuse any service to any customer for any reason attributable to the unavailability of items ordered, or other circumstances beyond the control of Chicking.

Placing an Order

Important: Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer for any reason.
  • The prices of all Chicking products are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Menu and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Chicking shall use its best efforts to meet the scheduled delivery time, however it does not guarantee delivery timelines in every case.
  • Chicking shall not have any liability to the customer if an order fails to meet its scheduled delivery time in whole or in part.

Customer Responsibilities

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the customer themselves, or an appropriate person, is available at the delivery address and is able to pay in full for the order placed through Chicking.

If the customer or appropriate person fails to be present at delivery, Chicking is entitled to charge the customer the full amount of the order plus the cost of delivery.

In Cash on Delivery orders, payment shall be made in liquid cash only. Vouchers or coupons are not accepted.

Payment & Online Orders

Upon delivery, the customer shall pay in cash all fees and charges (including delivery charges) incurred in connection with the order, including any and all applicable taxes at the rate in effect when the charges were incurred.

Alternatively, while placing an order on the Chicking Mobile App, customers may choose the online payment option. Upon selecting this, customers will be redirected to an external payment gateway and are required to follow that gateway’s separate instructions for effecting online payment.

Please note: The payment gateway is not under Chicking’s control. Chicking is not responsible for and shall not be liable in any manner for any payment-related or internet-related issues faced by customers in relation to online payments.

Order Cancellation

Chicking reserves the right to reject or cancel a delivery order after acceptance in the following circumstances:

  • Chicking is unable to contact the customer on the mobile or landline number provided at the time of placing the order.
  • Non-receipt of payment in full or in part in any previous order.
  • Abuse of any employee, representative, or rider of Chicking in any previous incident.
  • The customer has provided a wrong, inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect address.
  • Difficult operating conditions such as heavy traffic, accidents, or severe weather.
  • Any other event at the sole discretion of Chicking, without the need to assign any reason or explanation.

Changes to These Terms

Chicking may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause, and without giving notice.

By placing an order through the Chicking Mobile App, a customer unconditionally and fully accepts all terms and conditions. By registering on the Chicking Mobile App, you allow Chicking to contact you for offers and updates relating to your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Chicking provides our Service and content on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the content or availability of our Service, or that it will be timely or error-free.

In the event that Chicking is found to be liable to you, our total aggregate liability is limited to the purchase price of the meals you have paid for in your order.

Chicking shall not be responsible for any delay or non-performance of its obligations arising from any cause beyond its control including, without limitation: act of God, governmental act, war, fire, flood, explosion, or civil commotion.

Disputes & Jurisdiction

In case of any dispute with respect to Chicking, the decision of Chicking’s Management shall be final and binding on all concerned.

Disputes, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Courts at Dubai, UAE only.
